And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people. But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. Then saith He unto His disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth labourers into His harvest.
1. He moved among people.

II. Mission of Faith@Work Fellowship
A. PURPOSE – Reaching Nationals for Nationals
1. Community Network for education and community projects.
2. Acting as catalyst, facilitator and conduit.
B. PEOPLE – Connecting community with communities
1. Fellowship community with praying, teaching and giving partners.
2. Reaching National communities to and for Nationals.
C. PROCESS – Jesus, our Pattern
1. Educational – preaching and teaching.
2. Community projects – healing and feeding.

A. MYANMAR
1. Training in Yangon, Mandalay and Maymyo.
2. Medical and dental missions.
3. Helped in supplying aids during Nargis cyclone.
4. Pigs for pastors and taxi for Bible college.
B. NEPAL
1. Training twice a year.
2. Goats for pastors and families.
3. Medical mission and tea-shop.
C. INDONESIA
1. Medan - training, four times a year.
2. Batam - preaching and training.
3. Bandung - training session.
4. Nias - two-storey building completed for use as residence and kindergarten.

Training in Life University.

IV. Looking Ahead
A. Nepal Alert
Nepal underwent earthquake of 7.8 magnitude; the second one 7.3 three weeks later. Many died, others slept in open tents and homes destroyed. Prayers needed for those affected. Some helps needed:

1. Immediate needs of blankets and thermal mattresses for night 12C, water and food and medical supplies. Viruses and bacteria will surface. Seed money needed.
2. Follow up medical treatment and food the next few months.
3. Homes need to be rebuilt. A team will be there to assess further needs.
4. Our co-ordinator Dil Tamang of Himalayan Bible Study Academy, in Nepal, is leading his team to help in search and rescue efforts and in providing means to sustain and rebuild his people.
5. We have identified the Gorkha district as our area of help. The rebuilding of people and homes may take at least two years.

1. Gorkha and Dhading relief works.
I felt obliged to these two districts. Ps. Anoorodh, Ps. Yam, James, and I including many others were born in Kutal village of Ree Gaon VDC Dhading District which remains in ruin now. Only in three places of Kutal village, 17 people lost lives and 85 in total of Ree Gaon VDC. By God's grace, we could send 289 pieces of tents, 150 pieces of torch lights, 500 pieces of mattresses to Ree village Development Committee where 1,110 families live in. No building remains undestroyed fully/partially. Ps Yam and ps Anoorodh will be busy for this. For Gorkha, we could send food items like 30 kg rice, 5 kg dal (lantil) , 3 kg sugar, 3 liter oil, noodles, blanket and mattress each for 35 families including 6 non believing families. This was done in partnership with a Nepali church in Hong Kong. Shankar led the team. This week, Samuel is going to distribute the same thing to 90 Christian families of 3 Binay churches in upper Gorkha, near epic-center of the massive hit. This will be done in partnership with Life BP Church, Singapore ( Brother Lin Pin).
2. Buildings
All the houses in the places I mentioned above are destroyed either partially or fully. My wife's 3 sisters lost their houses and the old house of my parents got destroyed. Moss, my younger brother and I suggested them to live with us, but they do not want to leave the old place and pay visits to us occasionally. They have emotional attachment with this old house, as we were the only believer in the village, may be in the district and now there are 110 churches. So, we are praying to clear out the 40 year old ruins and build a two roomed tin roof house with a small kitchen for them and it will cost about USD 2,500-3,000. My elder brother has to repair his house and cannot help. So, we two brothers are praying to help the parents to build a small house. In total, 67 houses in my village in Gorkha, are affected fully or partially. I am personally praying to find friends to help in order to give a small amount like USD 200-300 each to the families whose houses got fully destroyed. I will pay a visit again to make sure of the number.

B. Discipling Young Adults In Myanmar
I. PURPOSE
a. Vision: to train young adults in market place - human capital resource base.
b. Mission: Young adults gainfully employed with impact in life, job, church and community.
II. PEOPLE
a. Young Adults – Christians and friends with at least high school education.
b. Trainers - Christians and friends with practical experiences in Life & Work Skills.
c. Business people - Christians and friends, willing to take in interns.
III. PROCESS - To equip and mentor Life & Work Skills.
IV. PROGRAM - Life changing skills and skills for jobs, like English training, computer training and business studies.
V. PLACE - For Language and Computer studies, conferences and seminars.
VI. PARTNERS – Prayer, Resource, Teaching and Financial Partners.
